The Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is a deluxe hotel located in Poipu. It is on the ocean and has a sandy surfing beach. A swimming beach is about a 5 minute drive. Guests will enjoy the 2 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzi's, 6 restaurants, several lounges and the luau. The property also has 4 tennis courts and a golf course.  

The Grand Hyatt Kauai hotel rooms are all nicely furnished and were renovated in 2005. Every unit has air conditioning and cable TV with high-speed internet access (fee required). All of the hotel rooms will accommodate 4 people. This is a great property for honeymooners and families.  

Guests will love the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa. It is in a great location and is convenient to all of the shops and restaurants in Poipu. The hotel will be doing comprehensive room renovations beginning on April 1, 2010 with a scheduled completion in early, 2011. The room renovation work will replace wall coverings, flooring, curtains, furniture and decor. All bathrooms will be completely renovated. The renovations will take place in phases and it is very unlikely that any noise from the renovation work in each wing will impact any guests as the hotel will be closing down entire wings to complete the project. Thus, guests will not be impacted by this project.
