Luana Kai is located in Kihei on a sandy beach. Although the beach is not good for swimming, it is good for long walks and sun bathing. A swimming beach is just a short drive away. The property has a nice pool area, jacuzzi and sauna. There are also 4 tennis courts and a large grass area where children can play. The grounds are very attractive.  

The Luana Kai units are large and nicely furnished. Every unit has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. All units also have a washer/dryer and a DVD. The property consists of 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums. The 1 bedroom units will accommodate 4 people. The 2 bedrooms will sleep 6 while the 3 bedroom units will accommodate 8 guests. All units have a sleeper sofa in the living room. All units are non-smoking.  

Luana Kai is a nice property and is very popular with returning guests. It is very convenient to shops and restaurants in the Kihei area.
