The ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset (Aston is now ResortQuest) is a nice property located in a quieter area of Waikiki. The property is 1 block from the beach and is near Kapiolani Park and the zoo. Guests will enjoy the pool, sauna and the tennis court. There are other amenities which include a hospitality room, internet kiosk and free Wi-Fi service on the 6th floor. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.  

The units at the Waikiki Sunset are comfortable and nicely furnished. All units have a full kitchen including a microwave and rice cooker. All condos also have central air conditioning, cable TV and high-speed internet access (fee). There are central laundry facilities for guest use. The property consists of 1 and 2 bedroom units. All of the 1 bedroom units will sleep 5 guests. The 2 bedrooms will accommodate 6 guests.  

Waikiki Sunset is a very popular property with families and returning guests. It is close to all of the attractions of Waikiki. All units are non-smoking. The property will be renovating 312 units beginning in January, 2009 with a scheduled completion in 2010. The renovations will occur in phases and will include new colors, new lighting fixtures, re-designed kitchens with granite countertops and new appliances, new furniture, Hawaiian-themed artwork, new 32" LCD HD TV and new energy-efficient air conditioning units that shut off when guests leave the unit. The property will be minimizing guests inconvenience by designating buffer zones above and below the floors being worked on to reduce noise. The renovation work will be done Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM.
