The Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach is a newer, luxury condominium property located in famous Poipu just steps from Poipu Beach on the south shore of Kauai. All of the extremely spacious one bedroom (sleeps 4), two bedroom (sleeps 6) and three bedroom (sleeps 8) units offer a full, gourmet-style kitchen with Wolf & sub-zero appliances, central air conditioning, LCD cable TV, free Wi-Fi in units, telephone with voice-mail, washer/dryer, safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and a large lanai. All units are also non-smoking.

There are many shops and restaurants located nearby in the Poipu area. Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach has started Phase II of its' multi-phased resort expansion. Construction begins Monday, November 14, 2011 and will continue through 2012. Construction is scheduled to take place weekdays from 9AM to 5PM and will be halted during Thanksgiving Week (Nov 23-27, 2011) and the Holiday Season (Dec 21, 2011 - Jan 3, 2012) to afford its' guests minimal interruption and inconvenience. This Phase II will add additional villas and amenities to the resort including a new building adjacent to the lobby/reception area. Noise and construction views will affect only a portion of two of the buildings or 20% of the villas and will not affect the two pool areas and the majority of the guest villas.
