The Outrigger Royal Kahana Beachfront Resort is located in Kahana just north of Kaanapali. The property consists of one 12-story building. Royal Kahana is on a nice swimming beach and every unit has a view of the ocean. Guests will enjoy using the heated pool, sauna and tennis courts.  

The Royal Kahana units are well-maintained and comfortably furnished. All units have a full kitchen with a microwave. The 1 and 2 bedroom units also have a dishwasher. Every condominium has central air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and washer/dryer. The property consists of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. The studios will sleep 3 people. The 1 bedrooms will accommodate 4 guests and the 2 bedrooms will sleep 6 guests.  

Guests will like the location of the Royal Kahana. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. In addition, there are many other shops and restaurants that can be found in Kapalua, Kaanapali and Lahaina just minutes' away by car. All units are non-smoking. The property is undergoing refurbishments to the entry way and lobby area beginning on August 18, 2008 with a scheduled completion date of November 27, 2008. The lobby area has been isolated and the entry area will be closed off. Temporary entries for access to the front desk and the opposite 1st floor units have been provided. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the comfort of all guests.
